Drop bags

Drop bags are only allowed at Raspberry 1 &2. All drop bags must be dropped of by Sunday at 6:30am.

A crew is a person or people who are helping to support the runner on course by bringing gear/food/fluid to a designated (and approved) aid station. Spectators are people/persons who are cheering the runner on and are not providing physical support.

Crews

Crews and Spectators are allowed at the following locations:

Start

Raspberry 2 (mile 25.7)

Finish (mile 33)

Crews & spectators must obey all runner rules as well as the following:

No visiting non-crew accessible aid stations FOR ANY REASON

No interference with any race operations or providing support to runners outside of allowed aid station

Must be courteous to volunteers, runners, other crews, and the general public

Crews should attempt to arrive at aid stations close to the time their runners are due

Lack of adherence to these rules may result in a disqualification of the crew’s runner
